I'm Yashika Dooley

As a Black woman surgeon and academic leader, I  struggled to balance my work pressures, household responsibilities and two young children.  
 
I help doctors who are frustrated with the day-to-day challenges of their job and personal life feel less stressed, have more control, and be more confident. 
 
Life is so much better when you can decrease the overwhelm, stop feeling scattered, stop avoiding, and stop feeling anxious and on edge each day. 
 
I'm going to teach you tools to make it easier to step into your current roles both personally and professionally.  You will have more defined goals and boundaries.
